Notification


The Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) is in the process of developing a new Monthly Tax Deduction (MTD) service system to replace the e-Data PCB, e-PCB and e-CP39 systems with the same functions in one system. Employers will be notified of the exact date of the new system will begin to be used. In order to ensure a smooth transition, employers are request to check the employee's data so that the employee's name, tax identification number (Tax Identification Number - TIN) and passport information are complete and orderly. MTD data that is incomplete with this information will be rejected and will not be able to be processed in the new PCB system. Taxpayers/employees can check their tax identification number (TIN) through e-Daftar on the MyTAX portal or by contacting the IRBM office.Employers are also requested to ensure that all payment transactions in the current MTD system are completed before or on 15th January 2024.

Introduction


e-Data PCB system allows employer to validate and upload CP39 text file through online. It also helps employer submits the data with the format specified by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia.

User has to register before using this system. Please check your email and click on link provided to activate the account after registration.

Attention: This system will store only validated, PASSED and confirmed submission PCB/CP38 data.

FPX Payment


e-Data PCB users can choose to pay their PCB either through online by using FPX Services or at selected banks.

The FPX service is provided by these banks :

 The payment received date is the payment date through FPX.

 The slip bank is an acknowledgement receipt of payment by the employers.
