For information, the e-PCB Plus System will replace the existing PCB system (e-PCB / e-CP39 / e- Data PCB) in one platform. The new system can be accessed through the Mytax Portal by using the Tax Registration Number (TIN) from the user's MyTAX ID. The actual date of launch of this new system will be notified later to the employer. Employers are advised to ensure that individuals authorized to calculate, pay & transmit PCB data have a MyTAX ID. Employers also need to ensure that the employee's data information (name / TIN / identification no.) is correct and organized to enable the employee's PCB to be processed when using the new system. Registration and checking of MyTAX ID/ TIN can be done through the e-Daftar service on the MyTAX portal or by contacting the nearest IRBM office.


e-Data PCB system allows employer to validate and upload CP39 text file through online. It also helps employer submits the data with the format specified by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia.

User has to register before using this system. Please check your email and click on link provided to activate the account after registration.

Attention: This system will store only validated, PASSED and confirmed submission PCB/CP38 data.

FPX Payment

e-Data PCB users can choose to pay their PCB either through online by using FPX Services or at selected banks.

The FPX service is provided by these banks :

 The payment received date is the payment date through FPX.

 The slip bank is an acknowledgement receipt of payment by the employers.
